Standard: Mining Induction

To encourage and consolidate the Safety culture, among those involved in the Mining Law and related activities, the Authority through the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations - Supreme Decree 055-2010 EM, has ruled that Induction Training is received, are mandatory for all workers, without distinction of hierarchies or administrative positions, within the Organization.

These courses form the academic basis for the labor development of workers, so that their dissemination must be permanent, in accordance with the Company's Safety Policy and the establishment of standards, procedures and other preventive tools, to eliminate losses in general, which occur as a result of injuries, occupational diseases, environmental impacts and deterioration of workplace assets.
